BOODLE EVENT

Each member's cadet(s) will receive a gift card & letters of encouragement before TEEs (Term End Exams) special delivered to them in December.

This boodle event is combined with the Army Watch Party.

All boodle supplies for the cadets will be provided by our club.  (Please volunteer. Many hands make little work.)

Presides at all meetings of the Club; is an ex-officio member of all committees and performs such duties as rightly pertain to this office. 

Assists the President in the President’s absence; performs the duties of the President with all the rights and privileges pertaining to that office. Assists with Club events and manages volunteers. 

Custodian of the funds of the Club; conducts the Club’s financial business; keeps records of all such transactions; prepares an annual financial report for the approval of the membership at the regular fall meeting and ensures the integrity of all State obligations and filings. 

Prepares and maintains records of all meetings of the Club, submits such records for the approval of the members , creates invitations, and assists with club correspondence with Executive Team and club members. 

Responsible for the recruitment of new members, serves as the Point of Contact for incoming Cadet Candidate parents and is the custodian of all membership databases. 

Responsible for maintaining club website; social media posts, club updates, outreach notifications, and media spotlights.  

Responsible for communication for members of a class year.  Acts as the representative to the board and attend club events

Assist with developing copying  and printing notes.  May also prepare envelopes  and mail 

Assist in organizing, collecting and  preparing boodle boxes  and make plans to transport boxes to West Point

Assist with organizing the Hail and Farewell event at the beginning of June, where we honor the graduatiing class and  welcome the incoming plebe class

Assist and organize new cadet luncheon in the month of May


Volunteer at the club's table to welcome parents in June (on base at West Point)

Host and organize the 1/2 way through Beast social event as we welcome and support the plebe families

Volunteer for the hospitality tent in August on A Day (on base at West Point)


Assist and organize in the catered tailgating event.  Manage setup and takedown.  Happens September-November


Working with other military academies in the planning, organizing and inviting of the black tie event that honors cadets
